Join Marsh Exercise Specialists and cycling enthusiasts for a recreational bike tour. Marsh X Spring Fling kicks off the outdoor fitness season (we hope!). Join the fun… • You’ll experience a high intensity cardio and strength class utilizing the TRX equipment, bikes, BOSU, medicine balls and more! • After class, gather with other class participants and the instructors to socialize and re-fuel... breakfast after Saturday, May 11, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. class and happy hour after Tuesday, May 21, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. class. • We will also have some great prizes and other surprises. $15/$20 (first timers get their first class free). Aquatic Workshop: Back Pain June 05, 2013 Wednesdays, June 5 - 26, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Marsh Member Deb Cornell recently completed our aquatic back pain program and reports, “You don’t have to suffer with on-going back pain… after the first class I noticed a big improvement in my back pain and the numbness in my leg was less.” This four-week program, offers a low-impact, supportive environment for increasing function and reducing pain. We will provide education in postural awareness and core stability, customized exercise routines that incorporate stretching, strengthening, conditioning, and relaxation. Instructor: Mary LeSourd. You have all summer to complete The Marsh’s Ironman Challenge. Swim (or row) 2.4 miles, bike
112 miles or run/walk/elliptical 26.2 miles. Our exercise specialists will be leading Team Marsh in
several community events (such as local 5Ks, and the Tour de Tonka), as well as hosting an opening
night packet pick-up party.
