Spine Rolling and Yin Yoga with Amanda

Join us to learn rolling techniques for deeper myofascial release, working your connected web, and feel better! This class will be structured around spinal motion and flexibility. First, we will explore the spines range of motion. This gives us time to loosen up before using the therapy balls to smooth out adhesions in the trapezius and latissimus dorsi muscles, the Para spinals, and quads, allowing more freedom to move into deeper stretches. Longer held twists, side bends, folds, and supported back bends will lend the spine better range and improved flexibility. Register online.
