This series of 3 unique classes focuses on practical ways to integrate mindfulness into your day-to-day life so daily stress does not become anxiety and you can live a less reactive life. Topics covered include setting ourselves up for success through sleep and our environment, stress management tools and ways to shift our mindset toward optimism and gratitude. Join Liz Anema for this series.
