Whether you are a new mom or a grandma, your pregnancy and possibly your delivery created changes to your core and pelvic floor that range from a bulging belly to annoying issues affecting our daily lives. The good news? These changes can be reversed! Your core and pelvic floor are interconnected muscles which can be re-trained to function (and look) better with specific exercises which address the root cause of issues stemming from the hard work of motherhood.
