Just in time for Spring! After a long winter we are all ready to soak up the beauty of spring. The practice of mindfulness will cultivate your awareness in all you experience as well as decrease stress and that overwhelmed feeling we get when over scheduled with work and play. The Marsh’s Mindfulness Based Living program opens the door for everyone into the benefits of mindful living. Exclusively offered at The Marsh, this signature program introduces mindfulness based living practices in a highly accessible way to address common concerns, such as managing stress, pain, feelings of anxiety and/or uncertainty. Join instructors Liz Anema and Mary Anderson to develop your innate sense to consciously handle life’s challenges and cultivate “moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness” for enhanced well-being.
