The first day of school is filled with excitement and perhaps a little stress. The transition from summer to school schedules can be challenging, both for parents and educators. Having each day start calmly helps the day go more smoothly for everyone. This workshop explores a variety of mindfulness practices that can be used at home or in the classroom.

Explore the power of intention, breathwork, gentle movement and centering techniques that can be used year-round. Instructor: Liz Anema.
