In today’s stressful environment, finding peace can be very challenging. Many people have turned to learning new techniques for managing their anxiety. One of our most popular mindfulness programs is the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.

Taught by MBSR instructor Terry Pearson, this eight-week series teaches you simple techniques to help you deal with stress, pain, illness and the challenges of everyday life.

Next series begins: Mondays, March 5 – April 30, 6:30 – 9:00 p.m.
with an all-day retreat on Sunday, April 15 (no class April 16) $396/$440.
