When you know that you haven’t been your best self for quite some time, it’s difficult to know where to turn. Prioritizing your well-being is the first step! By exploring mindfulness through meditation, hatha yoga and gentle movement, you can feel happier, reduce stress, and unleash your personal creativity. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and facilitated by veteran MBSR instructor Terry Pearson, this eight-week program is truly life changing.
