Scientific studies have proven MBSR’s health benefits, and hundreds of thousands of participants have felt the difference since 1979 when MBSR was founded at UMass Medical School’s Stress Reduction Clinic by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Taught by MBSR instructor Terry Pearson, this eight-week series teaches you simple techniques to help you deal with stress, pain, illness and the challenges of everyday life.
