Class format includes postures, energetic movement exercises, mantras, breath work, meditation and relaxation in an effort to bring a greater sense of wellbeing, energy, stress relief and improved flexibility. In Kundalini yoga, meditation is integral to the practice. Join guest instructor, Lauren Sat Rattan Asheim and explore Kundalini Yoga. Come to one or all four classes.
