GRIT combines powerful music and inspirational coaches to help you get fit fast. Featuring three unique team training programs, each 30-minute class focuses on a specific training regimen:

3. Plyometrics Builds a powerful, agile and athletic body

FUEL FOR SUCCESS Group Nutrition Program

A 6-week group nutrition program led by Marsh Registered Dietitian, Kathryn Hernke, MS, RD, designed to compliment our higher intensity group fitness classes such as GRIT, BodyPump, Cardio Dance, Cycle and Aquatic Fitness classes. Starts the 1st week of GRIT and includes pre- and post-testing (strength assessment, body composition and waist circumference measurements), four group nutrition talks led by Kathryn and other information and support throughout the six weeks!
