Designed for those doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercise at least twice weekly, the Fuel for Success group nutrition program includes pre- and post-assessments (including blood pressure) and four group nutrition sessions. Registered Dietitian Bobbi Horner shares practical nutrition and fitness tips for maximizing heart health while illuminating the science behind the positive health impacts of HIIT.
