4-Week Series…

Tuesdays, starts November 28, 11:00 a.m. – Noon

Tuesdays, starts November 28, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Thursdays, starts November 302:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Feel great and have fun from day one on the slopes this season by conditioning your body for downhill skiing pre-season. Focusing on core and low back strength, lower body strength, power, balance and agility, this 4-week series will reduce your risk of injury and give you better balance and cognition when skiing. A former ski instructor, Marsh Exercise Physiologist Evan Strewler, MS, created this off-season program to help avid skiers and first-timers enjoy this lifelong outdoor sport.
