Type 2 diabetes is a national epidemic. Approximately 29 million Americans have this type of diabetes, and over 84 million Americans are prediabetic. Type 2 diabetes, or adult onset diabetes, can largely be prevented by changing lifestyle choices.

Dr. Klodas illuminates the true power of food as medicine, and will discuss specific dietary choices that can help with both blood sugar and cholesterol, as diabetes and heart disease are often linked.

Special Offer: All participants receive $20 towards one of three “healthy lifestyle” services at The Marsh – choose from a 60 minute Private Training, a 60 minute Nutrition Consultation or any Studio group fitness class. Must by used by November 30, 2017.
