Couch to 5K – Walking or Running Training Groups

Mondays 3:00 p.m., Wednesdays 11:00 a.m., Thursdays 10:00 a.m.

We welcome you to join this fun and social 8 week program to prepare you for a 5k distance run or walk.  Everyone will be invited to participate in a 5k together at the end of our training. Exercise Specialist Brenda Steger has developed a specific protocol to help anyone slowly build confidence, endurance, strength, and distance to make that 5k distance feasible.  This is a fun way to stay accountable with a specific plan. Start your Spring with some energy and motivation! Jen Loeffler and Brenda will lead two separate groups to accommodate runners or walkers. Register online or call 952-935-2202. $130/$150
