You don’t have to live with a “mummy tummy” or cross your legs every time you cough, laugh or sneeze. You can improve your quality of life by strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
“This is the first time I really understood the various muscles involved in the core,” declared Mary Jo Bartos after taking the COREnetics program earlier in the year. “Laura explained the anatomy and with that foundation, I was able to effectively work the exercise to strengthen my core.”
This five-week series features exercises using the Pelvicore ball to activate and strengthen the pelvic core (abdominals, back, hips and pelvic floor). You will learn how to improve pelvic floor function, flatten the tummy and reduce back pain. Instructor: Laura Tellier.
