Research suggests that swimming can reduce the risk of dangerous falls. Water is the perfect setting for older adults to strengthen the core and improve balance. In this workshop, Mary LeSourd will share a series of core strengthening exercises.

Then, Diane Pattridge will lead some simple swimming drills using various props, accessible to non-swimmers and swimmers alike.
