Strength training and high intensity interval training are two types of exercise with great benefits, especially as we age. If you have never tried these classes, join us! We will guide you into how much weight to use for each muscle group. Some of our new participants use no weight at all.  Everyone is welcome – we meet you where you are and set you up for a safe workout. Come and be inspired! Complimentary/$20 per class
