Nothing is more motivating than working out with a friend. It is more fun, more motivating and more economical! Invite a friend and join one of our small group training times – you won’t be disappointed! You decide how many times per week you want to get together (one to four) and choose from the five weekly times below. Weekly rotations of class options will integrate TRX, Kettlebells, FUNctional training, rowers, bands, body weight and so much more!
