Are you ready to start a proven program that will help you improve your balance and build your confidence? Join our Dynamic Balance Program. This series meets three times a week for 45-minutes. Each session consists of warm-ups, dynamic balance and strength moves. The small group sessions provide a motivating, supportive and fun environment that reap great results.

Choose the training group time that best suits your schedule. Space is limited.
