This comprehensive seven-week program is for busy people who want to not only lose weight, but also feel more energetic, stronger, and healthier. With the help of personal exercise and nutrition coaches, you will build a consistent exercise program and healthy eating habits. Results by Design is scientifically researched and medically approved with measurable improvements in your cholesterol, weight loss, blood glucose and body composition. It includes: Pre- and post-health assessments, nutrition coaching, and three 30-minute private training sessions per week with the same exercise specialist for six weeks (18 total).
