Cardio II
This class is a low impact cardiovascular workout. A balanced class will be achieved by ending with strength training and a full body stretch.

Chi Ball
Achieve a balance between mind and body with this unique aerobic workout that combines the elements of Tai Ji, Qi Gong, and modern dance. Movements are designed to generate energy as the body is stretched and toned. The aromatherapy Chi Ball serves to focus the mind and enhance movement awareness.

Cardio Bounce
A joyful form of exercise, this high-energy class includes a warm-up, a vigorous 40-minute cardio workout done on mini-trampolines followed by core work for a invigorating, revitalizing full-body workout.

This unique, but simple piece of equipment allows you to work harder and longer – and with less stress because the rebounder absorbs up to three-fourths of the shock of landing.

Cardio Bounce develops aerobic fitness without the stress to the musculo-skeletal system that is usually associated with running or performing aerobic dance steps on a hard surface.

Intermediate / Advanced Yoga
Participants are led through the Iyengar method, increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.

Yogilates
A unique, flowing style of yoga that integrates the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. This class gives physical and mental benefits by combining core strengthening exercises from Pilates with Hatha yoga to stretch and strengthen.
