Experience a challenging cardiovascular workout using HydroTone
belts to suspend your body. This series of non-impact exercises
increases your range of motion and strengthens your muscles.
Swim & Tone
This class uses a combination of lap swimming and equipment to focus
on toning the abdominals, upper back and legs. Improve aerobic conditioning
and stroke technique through lap swimming and stoke drills.
Water Workout
This class is for the individual who wants a fast-paced cardiovascular workout.
