Aqua Mix
This energizing class gives you an aerobic and strengthening workout that will challenge you differently each time. The instructors will vary the format and equipment to keep you motivated and challenged.

Kickboxing H2O
Cardio Kickbox in a low-impact water environment. You will learn power, control, and balance methods in this high-intensity class.

Loose & Limber
Enjoy the relaxing benefits of our beautiful warm water pool while experiencing gentle exercises especially beneficial for those living with arthritis and related conditions.

Seniorcize
This class emphasizes fun while offering gentle aerobic activity, muscle strengthening, and range of motion exercises. No swimming skills necessary.

Suspended Motion
Experience a challenging cardiovascular workout using HydroTone belts to suspend your body. This series of non-impact exercises increases your range of motion and strengthens your muscles.

Swim & Tone
This class uses a combination of lap swimming and equipment to focus on toning the abdominals, upper back and legs. Improve aerobic conditioning and stroke technique through lap swimming and stoke drills.

Water Workout
This class is for the individual who wants a fast-paced cardiovascular workout. Pool equipment will also be used to strengthen all major muscle groups.

Variety Challenge
Experience the ultimate in strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning. Pool equipment is used to strengthen major muscle groups and challenge coordination and stabilization while working suspended.
