Ai Chi
This class consists of fluid movements that blend the grace of ballet and the
balance of Tai Ji to create a relaxing experience for the mind and body.
Back Therapy
This introductory pool class focuses on muscle endurance and stabilization.
Includes specific exercises for those with recurring back problems.
Balance Techniques
Improve your balance and coordination through a series of abdominal and back
stabilization exercises followed by various balancing exercises.
Safe Strength
This 30 minute class is a gentle approach to muscle strengthening, perfect for
those with a joint, muscle or other chronic condition. The resistance of the
water makes this a great preparation for land training. Complement this class
with Water Yoga (immediately following) for a flowing combination of balance,
stability and stretch.
