BodyPUMP
BodyPUMP is a revolutionary weight-training workout in a group fitness
setting that utilizes barbells with adjustable weights and is set
to motivating music. BodyPUMP is a simple, athletic based workout
that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle group in
your body.
Cardio
II / III
This energetic aerobic class will take you through creative high/low
impact choreography with smooth transitions. The class will close
with muscle conditioning and a full body stretch. Low impact options
will be demonstrated throughout the class.
Cycle
This challenging workout will increase your total fitness. Interval
drills including hill sprints and endurance rides are included.
Toning, strengthening, stretching and balance exercises are added
throughout the class.
Kickboxing
A high energy class that combines punching, kicking, rope jumping,
and abdominal exercises. Improve your balance, flexibility and strength
during this intense, full body workout. Correct technique and intensity
will be monitored throughout the class.
Step
Combinations of step patterns on 4-12 inch platforms will keep the
body and mind challenged. Class formats will include Step &
Tone, Interval Step, Step Circuit, Aerostep, BOSU and more. Class
will be completed with strength and flexibility training.
