If you’re tired of popping pain medicine for your lower back pain, yoga may be a good alternative. The American Academy of Physicians issued new guidelines that recommended non-drug alternatives such as yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction and acupuncture as the first line of treatment (see recommendation).
