Which oil should I buy?

Olive oil is still the best… a few concerns raised about coconut oil, recently deemed to be uber-healthy.

Is cholesterol from eggs still a concern?

Yes, but only for about 15- 25% of people that have a “hyper-response” to the cholesterol in eggs.

Can I eat leafy greens if I take blood thinners?

Yes, but talk to your doctor about adjusting your medication.

Do I need a gluten-free diet?

There is no evidence that points to a gluten-free diet being better for heart health.
