High intensity interval training is proven by research to have tummy trimming benefits far beyond a regular cardio workout. Designed for those working out at a high intensity 2-3 times a week, this program provides pre- and post- health assessments and a series of Nutrition Talks led by Marsh Registered Dietitian Bobbi Horner.
